- 1 x Homepride sponge cake recipe
- 50g butter, softened
- 100g icing sugar, sieved
- 1 tbsp cocoa, sieved
- chocolate sprinkles or decorations
Make the cupcakes as per the Homepride sponge cake recipe and leave to cool.
For the icing; beat all the ingredients together until smooth. Spread the butter icing over the cakes and top with sprinkles and decorations.
