KERRY FOODS COMPETITION RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COMPETITION RULES

  1. The following rules (“Competition Rules”) and competition terms and conditions (“Competition Terms and Conditions”) of
    Kerry apply to the various Homepride Flour PETER RABBIT™ 2 competitions (“Competition") which will run from 17th May 2021 to 13th July 2021 on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or until all prizes have been won. Kerry reserves the right to amend the Competition dates. Visit Homepride Flour on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see updates about the Competition dates.

  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (“Participant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Competition Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

  3. To enter a Competition a Participant must go online to the Homepride Flour Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts and follow the specified entry requirements. Online entry will open on 17th May 2021 and close at 13th July 2021 or until all prizes have been won.

  4. A Participant will then enter the required details to be submitted into the Competition entries. Further information about the required Competition entry details can be found on the Homepride Flour Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

  5. The prize winners will be selected at random and contacted by a member of the Kerry team.

  6. A Participant must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of UK (GB and NI) to enter a Competition.

  7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per Competition; duplicate entries will be excluded from the same.

  8. Prizes are:
  • A family trip (2 adults, 2 children) to Wales - Competition Start Date: 17th May 2021 / End Date: 24th May 2021
  • Family afternoon tea for 2 adults, 2 children - Competition Start Date: 24th May 2021 / End Date: 1st June 2021
  • A family trip (2 adults, 2 children) to Gloucester - Competition Start Date: 1st June 2021 / End Date: 8th June 2021
  • A family glamping trip (2 adults, 2 children) - Competition Start Date: 8th June 2021 / End Date: 15th June 2021
  • A trampolining party for 6 people - Competition Start Date: 16th June 2021 / End Date: 22nd June 2021
  • A family trip (2 adults, 2 children) to London - Competition Start Date: 22nd June 2021 / End Date: 29th June 2021
  • A high ropes adventure (2 adults, 2 children) x 3 - Competition Start Date: 29th June 2021 / End Date: 6th July 2021
  • A private pizza party (for 2 adults and 2 children under 16) x 3 - Competition Start Date: 6th July 2021 / End Date: 13th July 2021
  • A luxury hamper x 12 - Competition Start Date: 13th July 2021 / End Date: 20th July 2021

Travel prizes are subject to availability at the discretion of Kerry and exclude travel insurance. All trips, including travel, are ATOL and ABTA protected.

Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Travel allowance to the maximum value of £200. 2 nights’ hotel accommodation in Snowdonia (with a 4* rating) based on sharing a family room, with daily breakfast. Underground trampolining experience (1 hour). Forest Theme Park Adventure: Includes family ticket for: Rollercoaster, Zip line, Skyride and Treehoppers. Dinner at top restaurant in Snowdonia, provided to the maximum value of £200 incl. gratuity.

FAMILY ADVENTURE TO GLOUCESTER
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to Gloucester. Return station transfers in Gloucester. 2 nights’ hotel accommodation in Gloucester, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a family room, with daily breakfast. PETER RABBIT™ Scavenger Hunt at Gloucester Farmers’ Market: includes: 1 x Amazon Fire HD 8 Alexa 8 Inch 16GB Tablet (with secure delivery within mainland UK); Bespoke PETER RABBIT™ 2-themed scavenger hunt (to be sent to winner’s tablet); £50 Spending money for the Farmers’ Market; Return transfers from hotel to Gloucester Farmers’ Market.

FAMILY ADVENTURE TO LONDON
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to London. Return station transfers in London. 2 nights’ hotel accommodation in London, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a family room, with daily breakfast. Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour (1 day). High-Speed Rib Ride on the Thames (20 minutes). Family Lunch at top restaurant in Borough Market: To the value of £100.

FAMILY GLAMPING BREAK
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Travel allowance to the value of £100. 3 nights’ glamping accommodation in select locations across mainland UK – 2 adult/2 child occupancy - accommodation selection may include yurts, tipis, pods, cabins, safari tents, domes or other.

EXCLUSIVE TRAMPOLINE PARTY
Prize package for 6 people includes:
1.5-hour trampoline party at winner’s choice of select nationwide locations, including 60-minutes of jump time, special grip jump socks, exclusive party area/room, pizza and unlimited soft drinks.

FAMILY AFTERNOON TEA
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Afternoon Tea at top restaurant, with selection of scones, cakes and sandwiches, available at approximately 60 locations nationwide (mainland UK).

HIGH ROPES ADVENTURE
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
2-3-hours high ropes adventure course in winner’s choice of nationwide location

PRIVATE PIZZA PARTY
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:

  1. All prizes must be claimed by the prize winner within 18 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

  2. Kerry reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the Competition, you agree that you have read and understood these Competition Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.

Submitted Material:

  1. By entering the Competition (“Entry”) you warrant and represent that your Entry does not and shall not contain any material that, (including but not limited to): (i) impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity, without such person or entity’s prior written consent; (ii) constitutes personally identifying information or other personal or identifying information about you or any individual; (iii) is false, deceptive, misleading, scandalous, indecent, criminally obscene, pornographic, unlawful, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, fraudulent, tortuous, threatening, harassing, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or racially or ethnically offensive, or contains nudity, pornographic images, explicit sexual themes or graphic violence; (iv) encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, could give rise to criminal civil liability, or could violate any law, or that could otherwise be considered inappropriate; (v) constitute a virus, worm, trojan horse, easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file or program that is harmful or invasive or may, or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software, or equipment; (vi) constitutes any advertising, promotional material, or other form of solicitation; or (vii) constitutes any non-public information about a company.

  2. You acknowledge that each Entry provided to Kerry may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. You must not upload, display, send, transmit or otherwise make available any Entry in which you do not have all appropriate rights to do so. You warrant and represent that you are the owner and originator of the content in the Entry. You hereby hold Kerry (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) harmless from and against any third party claim arising from your Entry and any material posted by you.

  3. By entering the Competition, for no remuneration, you hereby grant to Kerry (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns); a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, edit, copy, transmit, display, exploit, manipulate, distribute, reproduce, make, sell or offer to sell; exercise all copyright, trademark, publicity and other proprietary rights (and to sub-license such rights) to your Entry, your likeness and any information you provided or any part thereof, in any and all media (by any and all means now known or developed in the future), including without limitation, commercial audio or video products and all forms of advertising and merchandise.

  4. For the avoidance of doubt you understand that by entering the Competition, for no remuneration, on an exclusive basis your Entry, your likeness and any information you provide may be used in services and products relating to Kerry, including without limitation videos, publicity, advertising, websites and/or social media.

  5. Kerry may at its sole discretion opt not to use, without notice or reason, any Entry that Kerry believes is inappropriate or in breach of these Competition Rules or if it simply does not wish to use them.

The Competition:

  1. Entries will be selected by Kerry and Kerry will use discretion using the following, but not limited to, the Judging criteria.

Judging Criteria:

  1. Participants can only enter once per competition, on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

  2. In the event that you do not, or are unable to, comply with and meet the Competition Rules, Kerry shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you, without any further liability to you. No liability shall attach to Kerry as a result thereof.

  3. No cash alternatives shall be available. The Competition is non-transferable. However, Kerry reserves the right to change the Competition at its discretion.

  4. Kerry (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of an Entry, an incorrect email address or name given by you.

  5. Kerry (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your Entry.

  6. The winners will be notified via message on social media, and asked for contact details. If the winner does not respond to this message within 3 days of initial contact, then another winner will be.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Competition by Kerry and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Competition on behalf of Kerry and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.
