- 1 x Homepride sponge cake recipe
- 50g butter, softened
- 110g icing sugar, sieved
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- couple of drops of pink or lilac food colouring
- cake decorations
Make the cupcakes as per the Homepride sponge cake recipe and leave to cool.
For the icing; beat all the ingredients together until smooth. Use a fluted nozzle in your piping bag and pipe large swirls of icing on top of your cakes. Top with sprinkles and decorations.
