Ingredients

Batter
  • 1 x Homepride sponge cake recipe
Icing
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 100g icing sugar, sieved
  • 1 tbsp cocoa, sieved
  • chocolate sprinkles or decorations

Method

  • Make the cupcakes as per the Homepride sponge cake recipe and leave to cool.

  • For the icing; beat all the ingredients together until smooth. Spread the butter icing over the cakes and top with sprinkles and decorations.
